Rehan Wain is a passionate engineering expert & BIM enthusiast. He worked as a structural engineer in United States Of America for more than three & half years before moving to Pakistan. He is licensed Professional Engineer (P.E) in State of California , U.S.A & Pakistan. He is actively part of projects in United States & Pakistan. He has accomplished deliverance of above 1 billion US dollar worth of diverse projects in concrete and steel construction in the Los Angeles County. Projects range from LAX International Airport, financial district plazas, schools and existing building seismic evaluations and retrofits. As a structural engineer worked in collaboration with one of the largest US architect, general contractor and engineering firms; Gensler, Hensel Phelps and AECOM, respectively. Led several meetings with other consultants and plan checkers of building departments of LAX airport (LAWA) and Los Angeles City (LADBS).
